In addition to representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases, Mr. Detzky also represents clients in adversary proceedings, which are lawsuits filed with the bankruptcy court.

Mr. Detzky charges no fee for the initial consultation for individuals contemplating bankruptcy. Appointments can be scheduled on evenings and weekends. He personally reviews each client's financial information, and advises the client regarding all of his or her options. If the decision is to file bankruptcy, he personally prepares the bankruptcy papers and handles all the proceedings in court. Our fees are reasonable and payment plans are available.
