Mr. Detzky has been in the United States Naval Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps for 24 years and presently holds the rank of Captain. He has been certified a defense counsel by the Judge Advocate General of the Navy and is well equipped to represent members of all of the Armed Services in administrative separation proceedings and courts martial defense throughout the world.

Mr. Detzky provides advice and representation for members of the uniformed services in the full range of administrative and judicial forums. These include administrative investigations, discharge and disability boards, "show cause" boards, court-martial trials and appeals, Boards for Correction of Military and Naval Records, Discharge Review Boards, and Clemency and Parole Boards.
